Directions to us below including details of bridges for high vehicles, our lorry is an 18tonne Scania and can use all the routes described but please do check your height if in any doubt.
Using our postcode only will bring you to the paper mill mentioned so please use the directions also.
Joining us from M6
Leave at junction 31 and follow signs for Clitheroe A59. As you join the A59 move into the right hand lane and in approximately 700metres take the slip road right towards Roach Bridge and go under the bridge and up Vicarage lane.
(High vehicles be aware the bridge is 4.2m, you can avoid this if needed by continuing up the A59 and turning right at the next set of lights, looping back past the garage and left down Cuerdale Lane.)
At the top of Vicarage lane go straight on at the cross roads of the New Hall Tavern and onto Roach Road. Please ignore the HGV warning signs.
Continue for 1 mile, through the mill at the river crossing, up the hill and our drive is on the right hand side. There are large white signs saying Fleetwood Hall Farm.
From the A59 or Preston New Road
From Preston side see the M6 directions above.
From Blackburn side on the A59 or Preston new road continue until the Samlesbury Hotel junction with the 5 bar gate garage. Take the left just after the garage onto Cuerdale Lane towards the Brewery. Continue past the brewery and take the next left at the cross roads where the New Hall Tavern pub is on the corner.
Enter Roach Road and drive for 1 mile through the mill at the bottom, past new build houses on the right and follow the road up the hill. At the top our entrance is on the right hand side with signs saying Fleetwood Hall Farm.
From M65 or Blackburn Old Road/ Hoghton Lane.
Leave M65 at junction 3 and follow the signs for Hoghton Tower and Walton Le Dale A675.
At the end turn left onto Blackburn Old Road towards Walton Le Dale and Hoghton Tower and continue past Hoghton Tower. Look for the Boars Head pub on the right. Turn right just after the Boars Head onto Gib Lane and follow this road until at a sharp left bend it becomes Roach Road. (There is a bridge on Gib Lane which is 4.3m high or 14’6”)
Follow Roach Road through a sharp right bend at Stanley Grange Care Home and then in approximately half a mile you will pass a junction to the right onto Firwood Lane. Indicate left here and about 100 yds further our driveway is on the left with signs saying Fleetwood Hall Farm.
From Hoghton Lane Preston/ Walton Le Dale end.
Stay on Hoghton Lane towards Blackburn until the Boars head pub and take Gib Lane just before the Boars Head following the directions above. Avoid Quaker Brook Lane as this is very narrow and unsuitable for passing other vehicles.

IN THE EVENT OF BAD TRAFFIC ON M6 NORTH
If the M6 motorway north towards us is blocked or very busy after junction 28 it can be quicker to leave at junction 29, take the M65 towards Blackburn and Burnley then leave at junction 3 and follow the M65 directions above
