CARE ASSISTANT, FLEETWOOD HALL - SOUTHPORT
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Assistant to join our fast-growing team at Venturi Healthcare in our 45 bedded care home. This position is for bank hours, shifts will be made available in accordance with the monthly rota.
Fleetwood Hall Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for both adults with mental health diagnosis and elderly individuals who require general nursing or support with Dementia. We are looking to recruit staff who have a keen interest in mental health and also caring for the elderly on the nursing unit. You will be able to problem solve and remain calm under pressure. You are caring, honest and passionate about helping individuals remain active whilst maintaining their dignity and independence.

As a Key Worker under the guidance of a Registered Nurse you will take responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our residents.
As a Care Assistant you will establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, residents, visitors and other individuals visiting or working in the home. You will be required to represent the company as an honest, knowledgeable and meticulous ambassador.
