CARE ASSISTANT, FLEETWOOD HALL CARE HOME, SOUTHPORT - 33 Hours (Days or Nights)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Assistant to join our team of healthcare heroes at Fleetwood Hall Care Home. We have day and night positions available for 33 hours per week, with weekend work included.
Fleetwood Hall Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for both adults with mental health diagnosis and elderly individuals who require general nursing or support with Dementia. We are looking to recruit staff who have a keen interest in mental health and also caring for the elderly on the nursing unit.
You will be friendly, respectful and passionate about helping individuals to remain active whilst maintaining their dignity and independence. You are empathetic and a good listener who is able to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the enthusiasm to make a difference to individual lives every day in this demanding and rewarding role
Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 trained in Health and Social Care, however candidates with relevant experience and a willingness to learn will also be considered as professional development opportunities are provided.
As a Care Assistant you will establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, residents, visitors and other individuals visiting or working in the home. You will be required to represent the company as an honest, knowledgeable and meticulous ambassador.
